The Bulletproof Diet

Most people haven't heard of the "Bulletproof Diet" by Dave Asprey, but it's making a lot of waves.  The Bulletproof concept is actually much more than a diet.  It's a way of life.  Dave is a bit of a "life hacker" who has been researching ways of making life easier / more efficient and better all around for years and his trial & error system is paying off.

The diet in particular has worked very well for me (your results may vary), and the concept is simple.  Dave Boasts that he maintained his 6 pack for over a year without any exercise.  How did he do this?  By fueling his metabolism through a process of intermittant fasting, & a high fat (good fat) diet.  (Exercise is recommended for best results).

What Do You Do?
1.  Follow his recipe for making "Bulletproof Coffee".  You can make it with any coffee but higher quality will work best.  Basically you add a tablespoon or so of organic unsalted butter to your coffee.  Then add 2 tablespoons of MCT or Coconut oil and mix it.  You'll drink 1 to 2 cups of this between the time you wake up & about 2 pm.

2.  You eat nothing during those hours until after 2pm.  This is because your body is in a state of fasting and the whole system is designed to kick your metabolism into overdrive.  If you break the fast it throws everything off.  Your first thought is probably "But won't I be hungry?".  The answer is no, the high fat butter & mct oil work VERY well at keeping your hunger at bay since your body feeds off the good fats!

3.  After 2pm eat as much of the good foods on his illustrated list as you want!  You can eat until around 8pm then you're done.

Seems crazy?  Maybe a little, but it works, and it works very well.  I have maintained a 6 pack with very MINIMAL effort and my wife uses the system as too!

I don't work for their company by the way.
